Maintenance Service

The following commitment to product after-sales service:

 

1.Machine warranty : one year;
From the date of on-site installation training (subject to the date of signing the installation acceptance report provided by the JNBIO);

 

2.Maintenance mode: 
a.For customers who have fixed offices, maintenance departments and spare parts storage warehouses in China, we will respond within 24 hours after receiving the customer's maintenance call. If we cannot solve the problem through telephone, we will arrange engineers to visit the customer to solve the problem within 72 hours;
b.For overseas customers, we will respond by email, phone or video connection within 48 hours after receiving the customer's maintenance request;

 

3.In the free warranty period:
a.For non-human factors caused by equipment damage are within the scope of free warranty;
b.For human factors caused by equipment damage, or failure to operate the equipment in accordance with the requirements of JNBIO, the user shall undertake all responsibilities and all economic losses caused thereby. (including warranty period);

 

4.After the free warranty period:
After the expiration of the warranty, if the equipment gets out of order, we will arrange engineers to conduct on-site or remote tests, including but not limited to, charge the technical service fees, corresponding travel expenses, and the accessories fee if it is necessary to replace the accessories etc.;

 

5.Preferential terms offered:
Our engineers will visit customers regularly by various means,to maintain the equipment.
