Improper handling of speed regulation rate adjustment. Unstable high-speed operation in normal environment is high-speed instability under load. Speed regulation is an important index to evaluate the interests of the application function of the governor. If the speed regulation rate is too large, the rotation speed will fluctuate greatly when the load changes, which will affect the stability function of the initiator, and if the idle speed is too high, it will improve the wear of the body, and if the speed regulation rate is small, it will also form unstable high-speed operation. Therefore, the rotating speed should be appropriate and not arbitrarily high or low.
The oil supply is unbalanced. If the centripetal force of the adjuster is too large when the homogenizer increases the speed, in order to deal with the tension of the speed regulating spring, the oil supply gear rod can be moved to the tendency of oil reduction by pushing the tension rod. Therefore, if the oil supply is unbalanced and the error is too large, the stable function of operation will be greatly affected. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures to complete the balanced oil supply.
